context
The client, a consultancy managing multiple clients and projects, had client information scattered across dozens of Google Sheets and Docs, with no single source of truth and no fast way to search across it. They needed a centralized platform with an integrated AI layer to make search and retrieval across clients and projects fast and reliable.

Architecture & feature definition:
Worked with the dev team from the ground up, contributing to the application's architecture and feature definition, balancing implementation feasibility, user experience, and visual quality at every decision.
Styleguide on shadcn:
Used shadcn as the component library foundation and built a styleguide on top of it, bridging design decisions with development needs so consistency held across the entire application, not just isolated screens.
AI powered search layer:
Designed the integrated AI layer for search and retrieval, so users could query across clients and projects instead of digging through spreadsheets one by one.
Screens & states:
Specified around 75 screens accounting for different states, designing for the full range of what the interface needed to handle, not just the happy path.
